Using your browser open your Github SPC repo and follow the purple circles to add your secrets. (image 1)

Add secrets for Docker Hub and Snyk API Token.
Docker Hub secret is available from Docker Hub. Under your profile-> account settings->security. Create a new token if needed.
The Snyk API Token is your personal token when using a free account. Please see
Snyk CLI Authentication
for details on how to retrieve the token.
Once you have created the secrets, it should look like the following.
