Statement of Work

If the Customer requests support that does not fall into the scope of Snyk Jumpstart or Snyk Residency, the parties may enter into one or more statements of work (SOWs) that describe the scope of the work to be performed by Snyk and the Customer’s obligations, including the fees to be paid.
