Overview of Snyk API and Web reports
With Snyk API & Web, you can generate reports to showcase your security to auditors or customers, achieve compliance, perform internal assessments, and more.
Snyk offers several types of reports:
Target scan reports are available in PDF and DOCX formats and include:
Standard - The default report type for target scans.
Executive Summary - A high-level view report.
PCI-DSS v.4.0.1 and v.3.2.1 - Compliance reports for PCI-DSS standards.
OWASP Top 10 2021 and 2025 - Reports based on OWASP Top 10 frameworks.
ISO 27001 - Compliance report for ISO/IEC 27001 (2022 revision).
HIPAA - Compliance report for HIPAA standards.

Coverage reports show all the URLs that Snyk visited while the scan was running. These CSV reports help you verify that your target was scanned in full and that all endpoints were covered.

Saved reports let you generate reports based on search criteria that can comprise multiple targets. This feature is available on the Enterprise plan only.
