# Azure Repos - prerequisites and steps to install and configure Broker

{% hint style="info" %}
**Feature availability**

Snyk Azure Repos are available only for Azure DevOps/TFS 2020 or above.
{% endhint %}

Before installing, review the general instructions for the installation method you plan to use, [Helm](/platform-administration/snyk-broker/classic-broker/install-and-configure-snyk-broker/install-and-configure-broker-using-helm.md) or [Docker](/platform-administration/snyk-broker/classic-broker/install-and-configure-snyk-broker/install-and-configure-broker-using-docker.md).

Before installing the Snyk Azure Repos Broker, ask your Snyk account team to provide you with a Broker token.

You must have Docker or a way to run Docker Linux containers. Some Docker deployments for Windows run only Windows containers. Ensure that your deployment is capable of running Linux containers.

Continue with the steps to install using [Docker](/platform-administration/snyk-broker/classic-broker/install-and-configure-snyk-broker/azure-repos-prerequisites-and-steps-to-install-and-configure-broker/azure-repos-install-and-configure-using-docker.md) or [Helm](/platform-administration/snyk-broker/classic-broker/install-and-configure-snyk-broker/azure-repos-prerequisites-and-steps-to-install-and-configure-broker/azure-repos-install-and-configure-and-configure-using-helm.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.snyk.io/platform-administration/snyk-broker/classic-broker/install-and-configure-snyk-broker/azure-repos-prerequisites-and-steps-to-install-and-configure-broker.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
